2021 will be a historic year for Huawei, and the Chinese technology company will debut its first bet in the automotive industry in the company of the manufacturer BAIC. The protagonist’s name: Arcfox Alpha S.
The new electric vehicle was unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show. It was known that the car will have a 93.6 kWh capacity battery, which will provide at least 700 kilometers of autonomy.
The aesthetics of the vehicle looks quite elegant, although in this case the appearance and power characteristics will not play such an important role, since the participation of Huawei and the concept of the car will be based on artificial intelligence (AI).
Taking advantage of 5G networks, the creators intend to establish a harmonious relationship between the mobile phone and the vehicle through the HarmonyOS Operating System (OS), which had been outlined from the beginning as an alternative to Android.

Innovation in cargo
In addition to the AI system, the vehicle will also claim to represent an innovative form of wireless charging, and will allow it to recover 197 kilometers in just 10 minutes. All this, accompanied by temperature control that will prevent the battery from overheating.
When can an Arcfox Alpha S be purchased?
Huawei and BAIC intend to start with the distribution of the car at the end of November and from the beginning, they will focus on covering the Asian market from its premiere. Of course, it will surely not take long for them to reach Europe.
The price of the Arcfox Alpha S will start from $ 32,000, a figure that could increase depending on the additional accessories requested by the customer.
