José Antonio Serrano, Murcia’s Mayor, announced that the third Electric Mobility Fair, MOVIELÉCTRICA 2021, will be celebrated on Spanish soil and will have both physical and virtual presence of people involved in sustainability issues, and will take place in September.
This event will bring together the most qualified representatives to talk about sustainability and green eco-systems, and will be one of the most relevant events in Europe, since among its objectives is to include more than 100 manufacturers, from Tesla to Nissan.
The summit comes at a very important stage for the European continent regarding electromobility, considering the significant progress in “green” development, such as the United Kingdom’s Zero Carbon Dioxide Emissions Plan for 2030, as well as the recent investment of 4.925 million Euros in Spain by Nex Generation to build the first battery factories.

The MOVIELÉCTRICA Plan
The Electric Mobility Forum’s action plan includes two events, one virtual and one on-site. The first will take place on September 17 (Friday), and the second a day later at the East parking lot of Nueva Condomina Shopping Center in Murcia. In addition, MOVIELÉCTRICA will expand horizons to Latin America with a second international information section, partly thanks to Latam Mobility’s collaboration.
Latam Mobility serves as the face of sustainable mobility in Latin America, forming a network that currently has more than 150 allies from public and private entities in conjunction with the Invest In Latam, Latam Future Energy and Latam Green networks.
Public and private representatives dedicated to different activities involving sustainable mobility (micro-mobility stores, buying and selling cars, battery recharging services and more) will be a fundamental part of the message to be transmitted in order to promote a mentality change, and to create a sustainable green outlook for the future, which needs to be built from the present.
The event will be fully interactive for those who can attend on-site, featuring the most prominent electric vehicle models setting trends in the automotive market (Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback from Audi Huertas Motor, Nissan Leaf 2021, Opel Mokka E). There will also be a “driving training” session so visitors can feel firsthand what it means to travel aboard an electrified car.
